Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests within 14 days of delivery for:
- Damaged/Defective items (must provide photos)
- Wrong items shipped
- Unopened/unused items in original packaging
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be refunded:
- Opened or used products (hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made/personalized items
- Gift cards
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@kryosveil.com within 14 days with
- Order number
- Photos of the issue (for damaged/wrong items)
- We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- For store credit: Instant issuance via email.
5. Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method – we’re not responsible for lost returns.
