Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests within 14 days of delivery for:

  • Damaged/Defective items (must provide photos)
  • Wrong items shipped
  • Unopened/unused items in original packaging

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded:

  • Opened or used products (hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-made/personalized items
  • Gift cards

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at support@kryosveil.com within 14 days with
    • Order number
    • Photos of the issue (for damaged/wrong items)
  • We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • For store credit: Instant issuance via email.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method – we’re not responsible for lost returns.
